About The Program:
- Earn up to a $5000.00 reward.
- 2% will be awarded based on the total contractor CST product purchased throughout the program term, at a participating CST Dealer.
(concrete products only) and 4% reward will be provided for all
Ultrabelle Collection products.
- CST will issue reward in the form of a credit on account with the dealer you purchased from.

How To Participate:
- Valid on purchases January 1, 2016 through October 31, 2016
- To be eligible for reward, total cumulative CST product purchased must be at least $5000.00.
- Contractor must track all CST invoices from Dealer and submit all invoices at one time to CST, LLC on or before
November 15, 2016 to:

Please calculate reward due and total all invoices submitted to CST.
- Contractor must include address where CST products were installed with each invoice submitted for reward.
- Your participating CST Dealer will verify submitted invoices sent to CST for reward.
- Your account with your participating CST Dealer must be in good standing.
- Freight, pallets and taxes not included.
- Cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
